Shipping policy

Processing Time:

Orders are processed within 3-5 business days.  Orders with quantities of 5 or more will be made-to-order, hand poured in small batches which may result in longer processing times.

Shipping Methods:

We ship via Canada post with tracking.  Shipping times are typically 3-7 business days within Canada.  Delivery times are typically 1-2 business days.

Shipping Costs:

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location, or flat rate if qualifications are met.

Fragile Items:

All our candles are carefully packaged to prevent damage during transit.

International:

Currently shipping within Canada only.
