At Wildwood Candle Co., we want you to love your candles! Please review our return policy below:

Returns & Exchanges

Unused Products: We accept returns within 30 days of purchase for unused candles in their original packaging. Items must be in resalable condition.

Used or Burned Candles: For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on candles that have been burned or used. However, if you receive a defective product, we will gladly replace it.

Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days with photos of the damage. We will send a replacement at no additional cost.

How to Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at info_wildwoodcandleco@yahoo.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions.

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
